Conference Introduction
The International Conference on Extended Reality (ICXR) 2025 is set to take place on November 1-2 in the vibrant city of Qingdao, Shandong Province, China. Registration Notices
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register as a paper author. Multiple accepted papers by the same author require separate registrations.
- Paper authors must complete author registration by October 21, 2025.

Group Registration
Group registration notice (from CCF system): For groups of 5, 10, and 20 participants (excluding paper authors), total discounts of ￥500, ￥2000, and ￥6000 apply respectively. One invoice will be issued for the group’s institution.
